Batten & Cradle has been designed to reduce noise and sound transmission through timber flooring and concrete structures.  Along with acoustic capabilities, our flooring systems provide a number of advantages in overcoming common issues often experienced at construction stage.   

Our proprietary flooring systems cater to a range of applications. Suitable for new builds, refurbishment projects in both commercial and domestic applications.   

We supply and install complete systems with all the necessary components based on the design specifications and requirements of your project. When installed as the complete system, it enables a concrete or timber floor to meet New Zealand acoustic and structural standards.

With each of our flooring systems, internal and external floors are leveled, increased ergonomics are created, and alternative access for services make retrofits and renovations that much easier.  

Our Components

To help you attain a green rating, you will be happy to learn that all the components of the acoustic and structurally certified Batten and Cradle Systems, are made of either recycled or sustainably managed materials- all sourced from the home land- New Zealand.
